Overview of Liverpool
The town of Liverpool is located Northwest of Heathrow Airport a distance of 210 miles that would take around 3.5 hours by taxi via the M40, M6 and M62. It is a city and metropolitan Borough of Merseyside and has a population of 445,200 according to 2010 Statistics.

A symbol and reference to the great wealth of the city in the late 19th Century and early 20th Century are the Three Graces, three notable buildings located in the famous location of Pier Head. In modern times Liverpools tourism and leisure is a major factor in its economy with popular places such as Echo Arena and Liverpool One and its culture that includes The Beatles and Liverpool F.C and much more.
There is plenty to do in Liverpool, it has more galleries and museums than any other city in the U.K other than London and it has many landmarks to choose from of interest. Such as Speke Hall, the Tudor Manor House one of Liverpools oldest buildings, Croxteth Hall, Woolton Hall and Bluecoat Chambers. It has two Cathedrals, the Anglican Cathedral and The Roman Catholic Metropolitan Cathedral.
